Guantanamo Bay Naval Base is still open. They employ instruments of torture-such as water boarding. I would not be surprised if the US government employ such things as thumb screws and the rack – which stretches bones until they dislocate sockets. Clean energy won’t work. We are a nation that loves their vans, SUVs and 4×4 trucks. 90% of all vehicles driven are gas guzzlers. What you all need to do is RAISE the cost of gasoline to at least $4.00 a gallon if not more and create a gasoline tax to help pay for the Federal deficit. By the way, the Gulf is totally destroyed, and oil is still gushing under the surface of the ocean-so we need MORE DRILLING-there is nothing left to save. & Pollution will help decrease the surplus population.

Until Hemp is legalized, there are no effective alternatives to petroleum. Farmers want to grow hemp, it was, and can be used as the counter rotated crop around corn, soy, etc.
